I treat women of all ages struggling with anxiety and the issues that can accompany it--depression, low self esteem, difficulty settling boundaries, isolation, trouble with self care, even self-medicating with emotional eating, drugs or alcohol. Unwinding the anxious physical body and having a plan for when anxiety strikes are skills that can be learned. Developing a relationship with your body and inner self through mindfulness, meditation, journalling, and dreamwork can aid in learning about your patterns and unwinding anxiety.
